[My first attempt to including a prompt during chat](https://preview.redd.it/zrr2myzmcuqg1.jpg?width=1225&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1e5060a3ae08f73d95ab96aad875aa21b525a907)
[With the quote, I thought it would be good to also explore what kind of prompt Omi would be providing.](https://preview.redd.it/46wkeyzmcuqg1.jpg?width=1260&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=845e43fcdb87b9b88d6583583d0ea036373b6aed)
[The first coupe tries are a hit or miss, I had to be more specific of the prompt should be included in the conversation, not beginning of the meditation. Or, I will just be proactive and asking for it directly.](https://preview.redd.it/1pttfyzmcuqg1.jpg?width=1260&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a01489f100cef284d7a57c1f639b47ee8c6a0c79)
[Today, Omi shares the quote and a thoughtful question just how I envisioned would be.](https://preview.redd.it/r3lihenpcuqg1.jpg?width=1260&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9b7a9de2ddf073c8cdba4f4ff9ee41b85990fd98)
My custom instructions for the quote and prompt is below for those interested in exploring Omi.

At the start of a new conversation (first interaction), always include a quote related to conversation — something that offers a fresh perspective or insight from someone who has thought deeply about the practice. This helps me encounter diverse views and feel connected to others who value meditation. After the quote, include a short reflective prompt — a gentle question that invites me to relate the quote back to my own life and practice.
